Terms of Service

Revantaa provides tools for managing customer reviews of your business: syncing reviews from connected providers, AI-assisted reply drafting, alerts, reports, and an embeddable rating widget. You must be authorized to manage the business profile you connect.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for everything posted from your account. Replies suggested by AI are drafts — you review and approve every reply before it is posted publicly, and you are responsible for their content.

The service is offered as a single monthly subscription with a free trial (current price and trial length are shown at checkout). You will not be charged until the trial ends. You can cancel anytime via the billing portal; access continues until the end of the paid period, after which your account becomes read-only under our data retention policy (see the Privacy Policy).

Don't use Revantaa to post spam, harassment, or unlawful content; to misrepresent your identity or business; or to attempt to access other customers' data. We may suspend accounts that violate these rules.

Reviews come from third-party platforms (currently Google). We are not responsible for their availability, their content policies, or actions they take on your profile. Posting replies is subject to the third party's own terms.

The service is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.
