1. Sign in with your email — we send a magic link, no password to remember.

2. Connect your Google Business Profile. Click “Connect Google Business Profile” on the dashboard and approve access with the Google account that manages your business. If your account manages several locations, you'll pick the one to track.

3. That's it. Your reviews import automatically and new ones sync every hour. You can also hit “Sync now” anytime.

Every review appears in one list, newest first, with three filters: All, Needs reply (anything without a posted response), and Negative (1–2 star reviews). Reviews that need urgent attention carry a red “Needs immediate attention” badge.

Click Reply on any review to open the composer. Drafts save as you go; nothing is posted to Google until you explicitly click Post reply.

Pick a tone — Friendly, Professional, Warm, Thankful, Brief, or Apologetic — and click Generate AI reply. The suggestion lands in the composer as an editable draft. Regenerate as often as you like.

Suggestions never invent discounts, promises, or contact details, and they are never posted automatically. You always review, edit, and post.

When a 1 or 2 star review arrives, we email you immediately with the review, a suggested response, and a one-click link to reply. Each review alerts exactly once — no repeat noise.

Every Monday morning you get a summary: rating change, new reviews, negative reviews, pending replies, and your response rate. Beautiful in light and dark mode, and readable in every major email client.

Show your live rating on your own website. Grab your widget ID from the dashboard, then embed with a single script tag:

The widget is served from a cache and updates within about 30 minutes of your rating changing. It never slows your site down.

One plan, one price, everything included — with a 14-day free trial and no credit card required to start. Add a payment method before the trial ends to keep going; if you don't, the subscription simply ends — no surprise charges. Manage everything from the Billing page (we use Stripe's secure customer portal).

We access your Google Business Profile strictly to read reviews, post the replies you approve, and show your rating. Access tokens are encrypted at rest and deleted immediately if you disconnect or cancel.

If you cancel, your review history stays viewable and exportable (CSV) for 90 days, then it's permanently deleted. Full details in our Privacy Policy.
